About Francesca

Originally from New York City, Francesca migrated to Utah in 2020 after thirteen years in Baltimore, Maryland. She is a strategic operator and investor who uniquely weaves together twenty years of experience in commodities trading, fintech, and bio-tech to drive growth for early-stage companies.

She is deeply in embedded in the arts and culture sector as an organizer and creator. Francesca believes that creative expression and systemic infrastructure are inseparable. She serves on the board of the Creative Alliance (Baltimore) board member and is the founder of DinnerWithFran, where she transforms the communal table into a site of radical hospitality, where her passion for social justice, art, and community-building converge.

Francesca leverages her background as a strategy leader to provide operational insights tailored to the unique needs of small, transformative teams. Her extensive experience in energy markets and bio-tech commercialization, combined with her dedication to empowering diverse voices, enables her to build inclusive spaces where stories are shared and true cultural change begins—whether in the bustling galleries of Baltimore or the stunning landscapes of Utah. She holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University.
